I hope the time change and extra hour of sleep this weekend has everyone in good spirits. Well, there is lots to say this time around. First, my father was admitted to the hospital on Friday after being diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. This is a blockage of the main artery of the lung or one of its branches by a blood clot that has travelled from elsewhere in the body through the bloodstream. Basically, he travels all the time for his job and being in one position for too long can create blood clots. He has a blood clot in his leg that broke away, traveled up through his heart and to his lungs. He is in good spirits and doing very well. The doctors are giving shots of blood thinner to help with the clotting and he should hopefully be out of the hospital in the next couple days. Please keep him and my family in your prayers. Praise God they found it before any major harm was done. We spent the weekend in Corpus visiting my dad and family. My aunt was recently diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy. She is doing great and keeping up with her hilarious sense of humor. She has lots of healing and treatment ahead so please keep her in your prayers as well.
On a lighter note we finally got to see one of Riley's (my neice) soccer games. She did great and she was so cute. Here is a great video I just happened to catch as she scored a goal.
We were also able to go trick or treating with Riley. She was the sweetest little light up pumpkin I've ever seen. Here she is visiting Pops in the hospital showing off her costume.

Also, we started the nursery for Jaxon last weekend. We painted his walls a light grey and we are going to highlight the walls with splashes of color and pictures. I have a vision and I think it is really going to come out perfect. Very different than a normal nursery but Jaxon is a hip kid. I mean look who his mom is. HEHE! Here are some pictures showing the labor of love.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST: Here is an updated belly picture. We are now a little over 7 months along now. We go to the doctor this thursday.
